By accessing amoriagency.com or submitting an inquiry to Amori Agency, based in Houston, TX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Amori Agency provides done-for-you salon management and growth systems for nail salons and beauty businesses, including website development, TurnBook (our proprietary booking and salon management software), client retention systems, appointment automation, review management, and social media management. All services are delivered on a custom basis and scoped during the consultation process.
TurnBook is proprietary software developed by Amori Agency. Access to TurnBook is provided as part of an active service agreement. Upon cancellation of services, access to TurnBook will be discontinued.
Inquiries & Consultations
Submitting a form on our website does not constitute a service agreement. All engagements are formalized through a separate client agreement after the consultation process.
SMS Messaging Program
Amori Agency operates an optional SMS messaging program. SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry or receive a consultation. Clients may opt in by checking the separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes on our contact form.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@amoriagency.com.
Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies.
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Program Description: Amori Agency's SMS program is used to send appointment reminders, consultation follow-ups, service updates, and promotional offers to clients who have explicitly opted in. Messages are sent on behalf of Amori Agency and its salon clients using TurnBook, our proprietary salon management software.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Amori Agency.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is the property of Amori Agency and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Amori Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
